Asmodee and Z-Man Games Announce Launch of Star Wars: The Clone Wars - A Pandemic System Board Game

Asmodee and Z-Man Games have announced a brand-new Star Wars board game -- Star Wars: The Clone Wars - A Pandemic System Game is available exclusively online at Target today before the worldwide launch everywhere else on October 1st.

Set during the period of the Clone Wars television series, become a Jedi and defend the Republic against the Separatists. You can either play by yourself or grab some friends using Pandemic System mechanics and play across four different scenarios. The goal is to solve all the problems you face and defeat each scenario's villain at the end.

Published in 2008, Matt Leacock's original Pandemic game has sold over 15 million copies worldwide. The base premise of that game was simple. Work with your group and stop a growing health crisis from decimating humanity. Z-Man Games has since used that framework to create other Pandemic System games that don't revolve around diseases or finding cures, such as: World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King, Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu, and Pandemic: Fall of Rome.



Star Wars: The Clone Wars - A Pandemic System Game is being published by Asmodee in collaboration with Lucasfilm and the developers at Z-Man Games.
