Yeah, hands down, Daisy Ridley is probably the most beautyful ''SW and now a Disney princess'' muhaha, we've got.

Voted for Natalie Portman/Padme Amidala.

 

Not to mention the oddly masculine, bitter, and raunchy person Carrie has become since 1983, it's not even close.

Even her latest interviews make me cringe with just how bizarre and vulgar she is these days.
My think this is one of the biggest reasons we haven't heard much about her role in TFA.

 

Or maybe she does not appeal to our current younger generation in reference to looks.

The woman is almost 60 and has lived a rough few decades, and it shows.

 

Thanks for a back up man. I just hate this generalization, as I bring up somewhere, that I am a big SW fan, tough I am not forcing it to someone, just admitting -
it usually goes from non-fans that bring up some unfunny golden bikini stuff. Or some older people including my dad, don't understand collecting stuff.
Yeah, I have toy clone trooper helmet on my shelf, lot of figures and models in my flat, with comic book and movie posters framed instead of some abstract art.
It makes my flat fun to look at and comfortable being in here - it's not like I am playing with action figures arriving from work. My girlfriend is the same.
I could say to my dad, hey, I too don't understand your cold IKEA-like interior, with half the wall being in ugly shade of violet, because my stepmother likes it that way and most people think it's modern and trendy, and actually, you are her slave, why don't you wear a golden bikini?
Haha, but I don't, I am trying to be well-mannered (which doesn't work always ).

Same goes with anime series. Some people do think I am going to conventions in papermashe costumes, or drooling over drawn characters, learning Japanese etc.
As I enjoy only sci-fi series as the other non-japanese one, with english subtitles and that's all.

I think this golden bikini stuff is actually more of a joke among fans and nobody really drools over that, just outside ignorant people try to generalize and marketing departments taking the advantage

I never liked the slave costume on Fisher. Some comic-con players, yeah... but no Fisher.

Fisher had a better performance, as far as lines and character go, but Portman was much more attractive. Other roles aside, Portman seems like a better actress.

I'd rather have Leia by my side in a gun-fight, though, that Padme, any day.

The problem with the youth of today is too much choice!

It was all so simple in the 80's. There was only one Hot Female in the galaxy and that was Leia (aptly named).

I must admit I went off her after Jabba licked her though.

Plus Baywatch started around that time, enter Pam...
