Props to our dude Boyega for blowing the crowd away as Finn. A well deserved award for a soon to be household name.

    Kicking a and taking names!

Word is, now his name is being tossed around for James Bond...they must see something in him if he's in talks to be one of the biggest action characters around.

Dudes got the comedic chops and the action talent...a true winner.

Congrats to John Boyega! Finn was a difficult part to play as he had to play someone who was very vulnerable, but outwardly confident and who also brought a lot of the comedy to the role. And he did it all without being annoying or grating and I empathized with him the most out of anyone in the film. His acting in the beginning of the film when he still has his helmet on and he tries to help Slip was great.

His cat didn't seem to care though...

Too bad Ridley couldn't be nominated. She only has one lead on her credit list. You need at least two. She has to wait until Episode VIII until she will be nominated for Bafta's or Oscars.

I'm happy for Boyega, he deserves it. Attack the Block and his performance in TFA were stellar. They made Di Caprio best actor for his 350 word dialogue in the Revenant which mostly consisted of "ugh" "sigh" and "whaaaauuhhh". Boyega > Di Caprio

Looking forward to more roles and showcases (including the Star Wars franchise) where he can put his talents on display. Congrats John.

I'm happy for Mr. Boyega. He deserved his award. Both he and Harrison Ford were the best aspects of "The Force Awakens".
