SPECULATION Does Ezra have any ties to VII?

I find it strange how committed people are to the idea that Kanan and Ezra will die by The Empire Strikes Back. I think I have to disagree, when Yoda says that Luke will be the last of the Jedi he might not be accounting for any rogue Jedi (not necessarily evil, like Ahsoka). There could also be Jedi that Yoda doesn't know about, or thinks haven't survived the times.

Having said that, I don't imagine we'll see anyone from Rebels or The Clone Wars in any of the new movies. I just have a feeling that if you asked Abrams, Johnson, or Kasdan who any of the Rebels crew are or who anyone from The Clone Wars are they would have no idea. I'm not against it, but it just seems unlikely.

 

I know right!? Or maybe even Yoda is telling Luke what he wants and/or needs to hear at the time. Thinking back, even during the talk before Bespin, they didn't tell him about Leia. Yoda and Obi-Wan didn't tell Luke a lot of things at first (whether or not was for his own good is debatable); maybe this was just one more secret they didn't tell him either.

 

So... Ezra Bridger crosses bridges????

 

Early in the speculation game before we knew anything about TFA I thought that their might be a tie in between Ezra and TFA. However, as time has passed I think there is absolutely no chance that there is any ties between the two. I don't think there will be any ties to Rebels at all in TFA.

 

I think that they will kill-off Kanan and Ezra in a heroic way.Doubt that they would be in the ST.My guess is Disney will make a show taking place between ROTJ and TFA.Either a new character will be created(like Ezra) or a minor character from TFA will be shown in the show,being it's protagonist.

 

I foresee a new ROTJ Special Edition featuring Freddie Prinze, Jr. as Kanan's ghost.

 

These spinoff CARTOONS should dance around the GREATNESS of the main saga, not actually be a part of it.
