    Only speculations ;)

    Lupita:

Lupita is Lando's daughter. After her parents death some years after ROTJ, Leia took care of her. She is mentoring her most of Episode VII and Lupita becomes leader of the Galactic Alliance at the end.

ok seems like as good a place to put this.
Been thinking everyones says that driver isn't solo is from the lineage of an aristocrat...
Do the general citizens in story know of leia's true parents? If not she would be seen as part of an aristocratic line, the Organa's were the Royal family or Alderaan.
just saying he could be both Solo and Aristocrate.
Then as part of the Skywalker clan would have some connection to the force and could have the desire to look into his grand father...

Interesting connections there. They make some sense indeed. Perhaps Driver is not the villain at the beginning of the film, but somehow learns of his grandfather and, in conducting further research, falls to the dark side.

The "Who's Who?" thread would have been a good place - http://thecantina.starwars7news.com/index.php?threads/whos-who-in-episode-seven.294/
Or the actual Lupita thread - http://thecantina.starwars7news.com/index.php?threads/lupita-nyongos-role-in-episode-vii.110/
That being said, it's been rumored she will be Leia's political rival.

I would guess that Lupita has a smaller role in this. Like Jimmy Smits did in the PT.
