    over here in Australia there is a popular online tech forum called whirlpool. In a sub-forum dedicated to movies we have been talking about TFA for ages and yesterday a forum regular made a comment that in 7-8 days one of his family members, who works for the Australian Movie Classification board, will get to see TFA. He/She is supposedly going to see it with the family member.

    So it looks like AUS classification is almost ready

    yeah, it's gone through some changes, i've been a member since 2007 so i'm just use to it ;).

    The TFA thread is quite "speculation heavy" because they don't go into spoiler territory but i have little reason to doubt the persons comments (http://whrl.pl/Retnw9)

    Battle for PG can happen if they lesson the color of the blood on Finns ST Helmut. They just turn it brown......and PG if no human gets shot. I am not sure they classify a Stormtrooper as a human for kids.... Since they are in a suit.

    A PG rating might be stretching it depends how rough the FO get s at the village & how much of Poe`s interrogation is shown plus BB8 goes through the wars does droid valance count

    The NEW TV Spot #8 shows a shot of Stormtrooper's getting blasted to bits and ST's doing a Nazi Hitler sign. This will not aid or help secure a PG IMHO!

    Yeah there is no way this will be a PG in my opinion with what we have seen in the trailers and TV spots. It will ideally be a PG-13 and in my opinion needs to be in order to avoid one of the major issues with the First 2 PT movies.

    I posted that message 7:30pm Saturday, Brisbane time = 1:30 am Saturday, pacific time (Bad Robot and Lucasfilm are based in California).
    JJ says he finished the film at 2:30am Saturday, before flying out to be at wherever he was.

    So basically, I made my comment about an hour before the movie was finished.
