    The moderators have discussed having a user of the year award and we have nominated a select few Cantina Patrons who have caught our eyes. These users have been great with coming up with discussion topics, being courteous to other users, abiding by Cantina Rules, and being an all-round great poster.

    A great group of posters, and I am of course honored just to be nominated. :) To pick just one is a painful choice, but if I have to…I’m going with @Willybobo. You keep content flowing and the posts coming, even when there is no news to talk about. I may not always agree with what you are saying, but the fun of this forum is in the continuing debate and discussion and you bring that in spades.

    To all the others I did not vote for as the 2014 champ, I’ll start accepting bribes to win my 2015 vote on January 1st.

    I am honored to be included in such company and there is really not a wrong choice on who to vote for. For me it came down to @Willybobo for his steadfast refusal to believe that you can't talk about no news, he always has something to talk about even when logic dictates we had nothing. But I decided to vote for @Joe12Hawk because his theory completely changed the landscape of our theories for VII, would people still be talking about our favorite Muun if it wasn't for Joe? maybe. But Joe's well researched and highly convincing argument has compelled many skeptics, such as myself, to go "huh, he might be right (or I at least hope he is right)."

    That aside by analyzing everyone's avatars I have determined exactly who they're going to vote for and will accept my trophy now

    The strength and ferocity of your campaigning is making me second guess my choice here. I mean…I voted for @Willybobo but he hasn’t made any speeches or kissed any babies or shook voters’ hands. Yet he is still running away with the race here. What is his platform? What promises won’t he keep?

    Maybe we should make up campaign slogans and posters. Maybe a Town Hall style debate for all the nominees so that we can know where they stand on important issues like the validity of Spoilerman or the plausibility of a severed hand landing on Tattoine intact. :)
