For International Women's Day, Xbox Live...

... assigned a task to grab three achievements in games that featured women main characters and/or were created by women. I chose one I already had, 'Death of the Outsider', the third game in the Dishonored series.

I did indeed manage to grab three achievements, grabbing a music card (a punchcard but sort of like a tape or cd) without disabling an electrical security field; grabbing a bunch of morbid paintings from several places; clearing out a bank safe with a single code. It's not a long game with many levels, but it's definitely a worthwhile ending to the Dishonored series.

They're saying that when they do revisit the Dishonored world, it will be in a different time period. I'll miss these characters and places, but at least now we have a tabletop roleplaying game for Dishonored.

In the meantime, I've made a good start collecting microsoft xbox points to get a new console, FREE. I've managed to get a couple of controllers like this.
