Precisely. I'm trying to compartmentalize the information I'm giving so that the information does not go viral. I saw what happened with TFA 2 years ago with MSW and I do not want the same to happen this year.

Whoa! A lot has happened the past day! Has there been any update to prove whether this news is real or not? I'd be willing to bet that Jason Ward and even some on these boards know the key scenes if TLJ at this point or at the very least have heard things...does anyone know about this Rey/Finn reunion scene? Or if there is some twist towards the end of the film? Surely, either of these could be verified by some sources? That's a starting point for sure, no? And I'm not even interested in hearing major spoilers this time around like I was for TFA but just to see if this story has some real legs or not.

 

May be completely unrelated but isn't it a bit too convenient that Variety has these stories and teased us with something on May the 4th only to disappoint? Probably nothing but I do love a good conspiracy.

Yes, I see, I didn't catch on when you mentioned it. Difference is, here, it was a deliberate insider leak and not a hack. I imagine the leaker may have gotten the ransom idea from what you just mentioned. It's always about money, I think the guy didn't give a rat's ass about the film itself, just the saw the potential ching in terms of the scope of what film it was.

 

You said the twist has been guessed before. How common is it to see said twist "guessed" ?

so what's happening here is a wild rumor was posted with absolutely no proof or context and op refuses to say anything about it other than there's a twist, which we've all been speculating since TFA was released.

Well, since the dude says the twist has been guessed before.. How about we try and list all of the most likely plot twists that could happen with 30 mins left in the movie.

I've looked through the whole discussion and still can't find the supposed twist he gave out. That site is weird.

Alright, the plot thickens. Like Magnar said (who knows his shi*t), googling shows up nothing, just a very convenient user, named "Darkness" who littered the web with this story (with absolutely no proof, of course). I've read the entire discussion and there is absolutely no proof of what you're saying, other than this Darkness guy's BS. Non of the users in the discussion believe it.

I'm sorry but this is the vaguest answer you could give. I only asked for an impression, yet you replied with the same ambiguous bs for no reason. Galen Erso deliberately sabotaging the DS was guessed months before R1's release, yet I could give you an impression of how it felt, other than "it was already guessed".

So now you're pointing at this video... Sure, Kylo's ship share some resemblance (it was probably already leaked before yesterday), but other than that it's very suspicious to say the least, especially the ending with Kylo. Because:
1, Since back then when the first video was called out for using an old photo of Adam Driver, the guy who made the 2nd one edited a blinking effect to the same footage (just look at the hair, it's the exact same).

2, The scar dosen't match with the real one from TLJ's trailer.
