    Does anyone know if we should be expecting spoilers of any kind after the movie premiers at the world premier next week? I doubt there will be an NDA given how many fans and others will be there.

    Other than excitement, I’m really curious why you’re so eager to share...? Most folks here are already highly skeptical of you.

    Can’t he/she PM a synopsis to one of the mods for vetting? Or even post it in the reddit/rumor thread so we can vet it ourselves? Put some spoiler tags up and I’m sure more then a few of us will give it a look.

    Anyhow, this just screams of bantha poodoo. We’re two weeks away from release. Even if you’re being straight, why is it so important for you to spoil everyone...?

    Hmmm what happened thats unexpected and shocking to change Luke's mind.

    At first I thought well this is where the Knights of Ren come in and now Luke has to fight and his "hiding" spot is no longer a secret.

    BUT, maybe this is where Rey slices open that rock and finds some sort of crystal (Kyber maybe). Maybe this is what changes his mind....for some reason

    Yeah, I didn't take that from this quote.
    Sounds to me that Rey was trying to persuade Luke, failing and then before she can get through to him something bad happens.
    It sounds to me like she never gets through and/or finds out something about Luke she doesn't like and then leaves/is taken.

    Right, I'm saying I don't think she can get through to him either but then something happens cause we see Luke at least talking to her while she is meditating so we can assume he trains her at least starts to. And the thought came into my head that maybe this crystal in the rock could have something to do with it. Probably nothing to do with it, but we see Luke watching her practice by this rock and in the beginning she uses her staff then picks up saber and eventually slices through the rock. Seems like it could have some bigger importance since they show this in almost every trailer/tv spot and the new LEGO set shows it sliced open with Rey looking onto the crystal.

    To me, the black helmet looks like the helmet of the Death Star gunners. I think it is perhaps the helmet of a Dreadnought gunner. I vaguely remember that some of the new First Order spaceships have powerful guns.
