    of GALACTIC EMPIRE, the progressive Metal band all dressed up to blow up Alderaan:



    Since the time of this video, they've developed costumes that take them out of the realm of copyright infringement into recognizable depictions of the same characters, and their new costumes are quite impressive. I like their new interpolation of Vader. In the meantime, I think they do a great job of delivering Metal interpretations of SW music.

    Interesting and fun. As my brother has often said, "a little bit further into the Dork Forest than I normally go" but pretty cool. I must say that my biggest issue is that they had to change their costumes? Damn shame. Copyright infringement is one of those misused things that Disney really should have let go in this case...

    Their Bad Batch theme is one of my faves.

    It isn't just Disney, though. Lucas put a quick stop to Queen borrowing Vader for their stage show (encore, I believe) back in 1980.
