Whoops, I forgot 3PO already said one. I'm trading it in for an "it's not my fault" from Poe.

I voted Finn, but I can also see Poe saying it when Finn first shows up to rescue him in order to defect.

 

I vote other. JJ and Kasdan are moving on. No one's gonna say it in TFA. Though, I could see a scenario where R2 or BB make a squeak and then 3PO says, "Oh, my feelings exactly." So then JJ could claim the line was still said -- seems like something he'd do. But I still think no one's gonna say it, the life or death drama will be too intense to have an old quote undermine the tension.

 

I think is Finn, after the tie fighter was hit.
