While John Boyega doesn't currently have any future appearances as Finn lined up, he's engaged in Star Wars by keeping up with the Disney Plus series. Boyega recently said was very impressed with the limited series Obi-Wan Kenobi.

Talking with The Wrap at the premiere of Jordan Peele's Nope, John Boyega explained that he's regularly tuned in to Star Wars shows as they arrive, and that he saw Obi-Wan Kenobi. He was happy with the series and specifically had praise for Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen 17 years after last seeing them portray their respective characters in Revenge of the Sith. Here's what he said:

John Boyega previously stated that he is open to the prospect of returning to Star Wars if certain figures in front of the camera - such as Daisy Ridley and Oscar Isaac - and behind it - such as J. J. Abrams and Kathleen Kennedy - are involved, and he seemed to be open to appear either on film or television as the former Stormtrooper turned Resistance hero. As of right now, Lucasfilm have not revealed any immediate plans to revisit the time period of the sequel trilogy on television, although Kennedy has indicated that future films will explore time periods after the events of Star Wars Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker.

All six episodes of Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi are streaming right now on Disney Plus.
