Know what would be a great movie? And a weird movie? SOmething totally out of the spectrum of what's expected? An anthology film about the Falcon.

I was watching War Horse, which is a GREAT Spielberg flick that hardly anyone seems to have seen, and thought that framework would be perfect for the Falcon. The ship that starts out with such humble origins, a stock freighter, changes hands over many years, having all kinds of ridiculous adventures with all sorts of heroes, scoundrels, criminals, and revolutionaries. Do it as vignettes, sort of Tarantino-style, with a huge cast, and ending with a fateful Sabacc game.

I dunno. Sounds like a kickass war movie.

I had the same thought. It would actually make an awesome running TV series. like 3 seasons or so and then have it end in smokey room during a quite card game of sabbac. From behind a familiar black vested character flips over the winning hand, and the keys slide across the table... Que the Han Solo Anthology film.
