Ming-Na Wen is hopeful for another season of The Book of Boba Fett, although she does not appear to have heard anything about one being in development.

At Fan Expo Boston, the actress was asked about her long career, from voice-over work in 1998's Mulan to a leading role in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., before the conversation naturally shifted over to her work in the realm of Star Wars. Wen appeared to be optimistic about her Star Wars future, responding enthusiastically about where fans will see her next:

The wording on that seems ambiguous, as the statement implies that she does not know if more The Book of Boba Fett is on the horizon, though some might interpret it as a sign that they could announce another season.

You can watch her remarks below:

Given that The Book of Boba Fett had a surprising amount of importance to the overall arc of The Mandalorian in its last three episodes, it's possible Wen and her co-stars could factor into the third season of The Mandalorian. After all, the trailer shown at Celebration once again took us to Tatooine, which is now under Boba Fett's leadership as Daimyo, and Fennec Shand would not be too far behind. Wen was also slated to appear at the Mando+ panel at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim, alongside The Book of Boba Fett series lead Temuera Morrison, before cancelling her appearance due to testing positive for COVID-19, so that may also suggest that they could be involved in the next chapter of The Mandalorian.

Regardless of whether or not Star Wars: The Book of Boba Fett gets another season, all seven episodes of the show are available to watch on Disney Plus, alongside 16 episodes of both seasons of The Mandalorian. Ming-Na Wen appears in both series, and has a recurring role in the animated Disney Plus series The Bad Batch.

Even Temuera Morrison knows that the Book of Boba Fett wasn’t well received by the fans… He sang a song as an apology to the fans at Star Wars celebration which was rather sad… even though I would look forward to a season 2 if they have a story to tell it is most unlikely… cheers TEM.
