    All of these movie villains have something in common, being captured by the protagonist is part of their villainous plan. This movie plot device is cliché at this point because so many blockbuster movies have it.
    For the sake of originality, Star Wars Episode 7 and the rest of the trilogy need to stay away from this seemingly popular trope.
