    So true! Like that shot from the X-Wing making that dive. And the movement of real sunlight shinning on Rey in the falcon cockpit. 3D is gonna be stunning.

    That X-wing is my desktop background at home, the TIEs in the sunset are at work and every time we get new footage there is something else absolutely stunning that I want to spend my days looking at.

    observation from trailer 3 :

    ok so there are new character posters with everyone hiding their right eye ...

    in movies its important to observe when a scene cuts from one to the other because the director can provide us with a subtle statement etc ...

    so in trailer 3 there are thre consecutive shots of a kylo ren scene ...

    we see a red bright light at the top right of the frame then we see kylo .... then we see the mask of vader and his left molten eye ...

    so is that a subtle info that suggest kylo is missing one eye ?

    I wonder if it's a hint that Kylo will try to turn Rey. Or perhaps they are in fact related. This is the second time they're weapons have been a hint at a struggle/close relationship between them while Finn's hints at the opposite direction/opposition.

    I seriously want one for Poe as well. he may not play that big a role in TFA, but it might clear some things up, since he is the only person we know the familial relations of.

    I don't know. I would like to see some kick a## banners of him though. like he said, TFA is full of twists and surprises.

    He has been promoted as one of the three main leads for months and suddenly.. nothing :(

    Me too. Kickass banner and more Poe.

    Or maybe they're intentionally downplaying him to keep the scenes he's appearing in under wraps?

    some major scenes of him could have been cut. The whole part of him finding a downed X-Wing and the PIG thing dragging it out of the Dune. What happened to that?

    We are hardwired to see and recognize faces.

    So what's the first thing we see in each banner?

    Follow your attention: It starts at Rey's face, then travels along the line of her staff to finally rest on the Star Wars The Force Awakens graphic & "Coming soon."

    What about Finn's banner? Our eye goes right to his face, then to his hands gripping the saber, we slip along the blade to ... there it is again: the Star Wars The Force Awakens graphic, and that it's "Coming soon."

    Finn's light saber, and Rey's Staff point the directions they do, because that's where the logo and tagline are.

    It's great design. It has compositional meaning, design that knows exactly how we see things.

    I don't know why no text on Kylo's. But it maintains the horizontal composition established by the other two.

    This just occurred to me: It could be that the "Star Wars" branding is intentionally being associated with the good guys...

    That way, when you see the logo next, you'll remember Rey and Finn before you think of ... what'shisname? ;)

    I think a story-based meaning is entirely possible, sure.

    Personally, I'd need to know the context better before I could speak to it...
