    I think it is a bit weird that it keeps the horizontal composition, as you said, but it doesn't really blend in with the other ones.
    I love the image, and i'm glad it's being used for other merchandising/marketing, it just feels off to me as the banner when compared to the other two.
    It didn't keep the same theme, so to speak, like they did in the character posters. There you clearly see that they made a conscious effort to make the weapons align vertically and they go from one end of the poster to the other, so if you align all the posters it feels like they flow from one to the next..
    This one breaks that.

    I was expecting something more along the lines of:
    kylo_edit.png
    So that the lightsaber would align with the others weapons and use the full length of the image...
