Tunisia in 1988 but unfortunately I was only able to locate Lars Homestead, i.e. the interior pit which was/is the Hotel Sidi Driss in Matmata.

I also visited the Island of Djerba (Mos Eisley, Anchorhead, Ben's hut) but the guy at the local tourism office had absolutely no idea. I said "Star Wars", he replied with "Apocalypse Now" and I couldn't figure out what he was talking about.

Next summer I went to Finse in Norway. Couldn't believe how slanted the original Hoth battleground actually was (some shots in the ESB showing us the Rebel trenches clearly reveal that). Was a bit disappointed that the Finse Hotel had a picture of Robert Falcon Scott and company (training there for their ill-fated journey to the southpole) but none from the making of ESB.

I did some work at Greenham common a few years ago... never thought to photograph it though as I had no idea it would become a Resistance base years later. Typical!

With all the info there seems to be about the Dubrovnik shoot, you might want to open a hotel for fans for the week the shoot is on! :)
