    Yeah, I would say at the height of their power. And you are correct, so I guess each person can judge them either based off of the peak so far or what peak they expect them to reach.

    Anakin in his prime, over his clunky more machine now than man suited Vader. Though I know we all love the suit.

    Emperor Palpatine, for the fact he throws force-lighting like no-one else and took out two Jedi in a blink of an eye when in the showdown with Mace.

    The third is more tricky, but in the end went for the outsider of Maul for his sheer savagery.

    Yoda for his mastery of the Force

    Maul, mainly so he isn't in the trying to kill me list. Dude's an effective assassin, and would probably kill me before Yoda or Vader could react.
