SPECULATION Rey vs Luke?

Based on the recent report of a "fight scene" being filmed on Skellig, and the fact that Hamill and Ridley were both there, I want to speculate for a minute on a theory I have had that has evolved over a period of time. Originally I speculated that Rey possibly destroys Kylo and turns to the dark side, and that the trilogy follows her path full circle, and back towards redemption. I believe now, and fully agree that there is way too much investment in the marketing and the mystery of Kylo Ren, for him to be killed off, ala Darth Maul.

I think it is revealed to Rey that she is the daughter of Luke Skywalker, the granddaughter of Anakin. I think based on her character's past, raised on such a remote planet, under such harsh conditions, that she has many issues, very complex issues as a young lady. I do not think she takes this news very well. I think we get a peek at how powerful she is, and her potential when she briefly fights Kylo Ren at the end of TFA. I believe that TFA does not end happily, with Han killed by Ren, and with Rey torn between the Dark side and the Light. I believe based on typical JJ Abrams, that there are more questions than answers. Which leads us into Episode VIII.

My theory is Rey turns. Not all out dark side, but lashes out at Luke in an a resentful and angry light saber battle that showcases her talents and prowess with a lightsaber/staff. I understand the report at Skellig could very well be "training" but I wonder openly if its both: Rey battling her own inner demons, and unleashing moments of dark side fury on Luke, who in turn, is attempting to train her in the ways of the Force. Think about it: what better standard to set in regards to her abilities, than to have her go off against her own father, much like Luke "lost it" against his own. I am by no means suggesting that she defeats Luke. I am suggesting that she initially challenges him, by a means in which he has to not only hold off her attack, but also bring her back from the possible turn to the dark side.

I understand that I may be way off on this. I just have a feeling that by her initially challenging Luke, story-wise it gives us an early understanding so that by the time they (Luke, Rey, possibly Maz and Finn) fight Snoke and the Knights of Ren, that her skills are going to be considered legendary. Thoughts?
