    A few things ...

    1) Bariss's skin seemed to be more yellowish-green (perhaps I'm just splitting hairs here).

    2) While I really like the idea of Mara Jade or Mara Jade - type being being introduced. Are we all perhaps just engaging in wishful thinking here. Has there been anything to really indicate that this is in fact the direction they're going in?

    3) I DO really hope they introduce an Emperor's Hand (seperate from the Inquisitorius). We know that Palpy doesn't share everything with Vader (who isn't privy to the Sith Shrine in Tarkin nor the cyborg program until the last Vader issue). I like the idea that the Inquisitors answer directly to Vader. Meanwhile, the Emperor has a personal assasin or two (Emperor's Hands).

    I personally think that signs point to it being Bariss, however it could be a completely new character as well. The reasons I think it could be Bariss are the green skin of course, and the fact that she had already betrayed and had no love of the Jedi Order, therefore making her an excellent recruit for the Emperor's Inquisitor program.

    As for the speculation regarding Mara Jade, I would absolutely love to see her and some of my other favorite Legends characters be adapted into the new canon. However, at least initially, I don't see this happening much, the reason being that the LSG wants to differentiate the new stories from the old and cut down on confusion for newcomers. I'm not saying that I would agree with that line of thinking, especially as I would love to see a number of Legends characters such as Mara Jade be made canon, but it just doesn't seem likely at this juncture. Even if we do get to see Mara Jade, I don't think she will be the inquisitor shown in the Season 2 trailer.

    Also, I love the idea of the Emperor having his Hands just like in the old Legends stories.

    1) I don't think this is splitting hairs. I'm 50/50 on if it is barris. Makes sense if it is, but looks different enough to not have to be barris.

    2) I like it too. Not sure what "mara jade type" means though. I feel many just want to project mara onto any new female villain.

    3) That would be neat. If they both have their own group it could set up some neat dynamics.
