    My cousin is currently working art and concept design for Disney and he has told me that he first Star Wars Spinoff will be based on new characters, based in between Episode 3 and 4.

    It will focus on a group of 3 individuals who somehow self-teach themselves the force, in a very dangerous way. One of them becomes much more powerful than the other two, which creates a conflict between the three throughout the storyline.

    The strongest individual has two artistic renderings. One is of him as (). The second one consists of him wearing a piece of equipment on his head that extends down the middle part of his face. This makes him look somewhat mechanical, which may create an opportunity that he has a long life span and could show up in Episode 8 (year after this spinoff).

    My cousin also told me that Disney has their eye on a few for these characters. While they have interest, readings are on-going.

    Strongest: Ryan Guzman, Jamie Bell, Chace Crawford
    Female: Lily Collins, Lucy Hale
    Male: Unknown

    I will post the artistic concepts when I have the chance to see them again.

    Also, the strongest of the three individuals did not have a lightsaber in the first concept picture, but did have one in the second, which makes it seem like the non-lightsaber side of the force was/is his strong suit.
