    I was about to jump on the "Gary Whitta sucks" bandwagon before I looked up what else he has done. I think his biggest credentials for SW will be his previous work on Futurama (amazing show). After Earth was indeed a stinking pile of bantha poodoo, but it was co-written by M.Night and based on an idea from Will Smith, so it was doomed from the start. Hopefully his spin off script will be more "Book of Eli" than "After Earth."

    Meant After Earth, re: Whitta. Just confused myself yet again with incredibly similar titles.
    Another Earth is a great movie to start at 11 pm on a Saturday night when you have the house all to yourself. Triple feature with Monsters and Trollhunter!
