    Really like the symbolism in this episode, some strong images overall but the end is great.

    Agreed, and the tone is shifting now, it's feeling more mature already. The Thrawn scenes were great - early days, but seems like they've nailed him

    Agreed. I think Jedi Council nailed it when they said season 1 & 2 were of a similar vein, whereas season 3 is the next chapter - a different tone, deeper characters and real peril

    I always thought Rebels had at least 4 seasons it, but with R1 imminenet I don't know how that'll affect it. But i believe having Thrawn for just one season doesn't really utilise him properly, given the fanfare and character strengths

    I wouldn't count on a to big role for him, he shouldn't be overused. Hecan be a huge factor for the next decades in the gffa. He should get his small victory and move on to other tasks. They need a reason for his OT absence, maybe even a failure.

    (Haha, by lucky accident I saw this thread on my news feed as you are posting on it and thought to check it out and chime in.)
    I know that this is a very superficial remark, but Ezra's short hair new haircut is very strange for me, maybe I'm just not that used to it yet and looks off because its new...

    Another thing I'm intrigued (which is shown in two of the clips) is that they will be tackling more how Ezra is tempted by the dark side for "good reasons". It was obvious they will be going that way, but it is still interesting...

    But mostly I'm very intrigued by the Bendu. Also blind Kanan is very intriguing as well, so I'm most intrigued by that clip with both of them.

    Very good, I know his new hairstyle is different I thought he would have grew it long enough to create a jedi brail but Dave when the short hair approach, Ezra's tackle with the darkside was inevitable since the loss of ashoka, I can't wait to see when the breaking point will be reached between him & Kanan.

    Just finished the episode, very good start off to the season I think.
    Hopefully we see Bendu throughout the season, I just love Tom Baker's voice for the character.
