Just watched it 3 times straight, looking more to the background...

The sparks/embers are certainly falling behind her in slow-mo, same as they do in the Kylo hand scene. Same size sparks too...

Edit - and there’s a dead guard in the background

 

Except it's not the same at all. Completely different locations.

 

Not if what’s behind Kylo is a burned-out, blown-up Supremacy throne room set.

She likely unleashes the Force after the Snoke torture, and blows a lot of stuff up.

They are both sweaty too...

Somebody put it up on another forum, a side-by side comparison...note that in the new tv spot she has an orange glow on her face....but in the EW still where she enters the thrown room, she does not.

Something is blown up and there is fire.

 

I don't think she blows stuff up. I'd say Finn and Rose do and Snoke escapes. But Rey witnessed Kylo kill Han. She's not gonna become bff's with him.

All the scenes in teasers, trailers and spots are different. Him holding his hand out and her in the first trailer are not the same. This one and Kylo holding out his hand aren't the same either. One is dark and one is light. I'm not saying they won't cross paths because obviously they will because they are enemies and they will fight, but these misdirections are at an all time high in these trailers and teasers.

 

Slightly concerned that the explosion Poe witnesses in the 'Tempt' trailer (6 seconds in) will involve General Leia and her finale...

 

I didn’t say she accepts his hand. I’m not a ReyLo guy...

But it does seem like the same, slow falling, large orange squibs. And they both have that sweaty glisten on their faces now...and in the BTS reel in the summer, we saw both Adam and Daisy practicing combat against multiple opponents and now - there’s a dead guard behind Daisy in this new clip also.

Seems to me Snoke tortures her but it gets interrupted...and that could be by Kylo, but a Finn explosion, whatever...but that they join forces to fight the guards.

As brother/sister, I hope.

But I’ll ask a side question, based on how you wrote your post - who do you think Kylo is extending his hand towards? And when? And where? And why?

 

So guys, with that new International trailer, I noticed that in the background of the final scene with Rey's there's falling sparks like there was with Kylo when he reaches his hand out, now this could be a misdirection, but it appears Rey is in Snoke's throne room and on the ground there is a fallen Praetorian Guard, we see Snoke and Rey (in different shots extending their hands to use the Force , what if they're facing off (I.e Snoke is testng Rey) and she is trying to resist his power - it appears as if she is trying in that shot as she goes from calm to pained and strained) and then it ends with the shot of Snoke levitating her?

 

I don't think she has that bruise when Snoke is levitating her though.

 

Leia is at Crait. Crait is later in the film. Leia is not dying in this film. They made no changes to TLJ after Carrie died. They had to retool the story for IX after her death because she was to be featured in IX. Mark even has said IX was going to feature Leia.

 

If we get one more TV SPOT...

They could possibly join to take out the guards. Brother and sister? I don't think they are, but never know.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's extending his hand to his mother. Look at his face. It's somber and sad. Could be above D'Qar. Maybe that's why Holdo takes over because she is seen going with Kylo. So that's when Holdo and Poe fight for command. Or it could be later on Crait.

Or Rey is helping Finn...

 

I told y'all that we'd get the massive tidal wave of TV Spots, similar to TFA, I believe TFA had what? 20+ TV Spots?

Why do the Japanese trailers-ads called "international"??
