    He was by no means a normal recruit. He had destroyed the Death Star and was leader of the elite Rogue Group. He used the lightsaber in ESB before Yoda (see Wampa), he just wasn't that skilled of a duelist.

    Just find it slightly annoying that we're hearing Finn, Kylo & Phasma's voices and dialogue for the first time from toys instead of a trailer or film clips... maybe this will force their hand and release a trailer sooner rather than later...

    The guy with the shield maybe is like a riot trooper who controls crowds ? Or prisoners? Very cool . If you freeze frame you see it in the trailer.
