Probably the most consistent thing trough this entire trilogy will be Kylo getting asskicked from Rey in this or another way .

Rey is Kylo's sister. Snoke made false force vision of her been no one, and Kylo uses it to dismiss Rey's importance, like she worths nothing, a child of 2 scavengers who sold her, and she was never loved by her parents.
This is lie of the evil.
Jet the Anakin's Light saber, a family legacy is in one scene frozen between them, they are equal.In a vision Kylo sees future of Rey, if she finds who were her parents she could turn to the dark side.
Its is false vision that she is daughter of some scavangers who never loved her.She must be equal to Kylo, a lost daughter of Leia and Han.It is not resolved in the film, its left open for the future.I am sure in it.

 

This leads credence to my "he's not really dead, just pretending" theory. He is doing this so he can further draw Kylo into the dark side and sow discord between dark and light. Though I need to see the movie first to see context of his death scene.

Maybe plagues is a bit specific? I think I've read somewhere that Rian or someone involved in Star Wars said he wasn't him?

Still if he is some kind of ye olde and powerful force user, he would still use the language.

 

Its possible Snoke was resurrected by Palpatine.
He is very fragile, his body barely holds together, only Force keeps him alive.

Its possible Palpatine resurrected his former master as a revenge. There is no any reason now not be it so. Perhaps another story.

I thought Snoke would be more significant anyway, he miscalculated things.

 

So Snoke is a dead sith walking...

Aww. I tend not to buy much merchandise anymore. Primarily because I bought a rather expensive anime figure (literally from the one Anime I still like) a few years ago and my mom lost it when she and my dad moved house. I'd left some of my stuff behind.

Anyways back on topic, maybe Snoke's death will be a part of a cool twist. Like he dies, and we cut to a Porg waking up and it was all its dream before the real movie begins.

More seriously, I'm hoping he has a backstory too. Too much of a waste of his character and Andy Serkis's talents otherwise IMO.

mr Snoke obviously cheated death for so long.They can resurrect him in EP IX again as well if they want to .In fact maybe Snoke projected himself also from
other location,maybe he wasn't there?.

Looking prospects for EP IX.... I whish to return to my childhood,late 70's early 80's,when the world was more normal.

I'm still torn over this. George wrote the prequels and they are BAD, in both ideas and execution. But they seem more Star Warsish than these Leaks, I have to say. I guess this is the price of The house of mouse buying our beloved franchise.

I vote that we all call him Mr Snoke than just plain old "Snoke." It makes him sound like a dignified senior citizen, which I think is what he is.
