    Greetings everyone,

I was hoping some of you may provide some clarifications regarding the state of the New Republic in the new Canon Star Wars EU. A friend of mine told me that the New Republic was now rotating home worlds following ROTJ, but I can't seem to find detailed information regarding this.

    Wookiepedia mentions the following :
After a brief stint on Chandrila, the seat of government shifted among a variety of member worlds on a rotating basis, chosen through democratic election.

Now, I've read the Aftermath Trilogy and Bloodline, I don't remember the rotating basis being discussed in Aftermath. I was mostly under the impression that they changed ''Capital'' to Nakadia, due to the fact that the New Republic was growing, but I don't remember if they indeed discussed the idea of a rotating Capital.

In Bloodline, the capital is already on Hosnian Prime, which, as you all know, gets obliterated during the events of TFA. Since this book is set 6 years before TFA, I wonder if there has been some details released regarding how much time is spent on a Capital before a new location is chosen, especially since there seems to be much conflict in the new Senate, so it would have been a perfect time during Bloodline to change the New Republic to a new Capital.

The source of this seems to be the Visual Dictionary so I'm curious if more details have been provided on this matter?

    Many thanks!
