I really enjoyed this episode. We finally get some racing again and this episode serves an insight into Jarek Yeager's past. His brother Marcus Speedstar arrives as a surprise to race in the Platform Classic. Captain Doza believes Marcus' arrival will get Yeager to race and generate some much needed income for the Colossus. Marcus and Yeager aren't on good terms and we learn a little about why they're estranged.

The Guavian Death Gang also makes a special appearance. Overall another solid episode. Kaz takes a bit of a back seat to Yeager. The race was well done and the ending had a lot of heart.

We're almost half way through the first season and the series succeeded in making me care about these characters. I can't wait to see what's next.

Just finished! Really enjoyed - almost loved - the episode! More Yeager is always a good thing, and with a fully explained backstory we now can see him as a fully fleshed-out character. The music was on point, and I'm loving all the people of color in this show.

The race was AMAZING, and the depth and reality within the main point (forgiveness) was touching. Overall, this was another great episode for Resistance. The show is really proving itself!

really loved this! some definite intrigue with Yeager's family. the way he talks about them makes me think they aren't dead for some reason (maybe mostly because he's just mad at the brother and not punching him in the face).

also thought Doza's reaction to Speedstar winning was curious. had he bet on Yeager? that's tacky: his own daughter is in the race! XD

Speedstar's alien mechanic is also awesome. he's like a porg crossed with a dragon lizard.

Was abit sad at the end when BB8 say he not friend with Kaz, sure BB8 can be friends with anyone. Why He doesn't think he's a friend than just protectting Kaz, I'm a BB8 fan but this ending bother me abit. Wanted yo forget about this ending bit.

I took that scene as BB8 being sarcastic.
