Back in my hayday, I could bench press 305, Incline 265, squat 315, leg press 575, straight bar curl 125, and dumbbell shoulder press 105lbs... life marriage, and laziness got in the way, lol.. Ive tried getting back into it but things hurt a lot more now.. Have bonespurs in my neck from squats b4 so I can't even try to do them now. Exercise, cardio and healthy living it is awesome and feels great but bodybuilding can take a toll on the body when you get older, esp when you lay off for a while.

I do a lot of free weight training in my home gym and also boxing/punching bag circuit training. I tried P90X last summer and really liked it, but I was hungry all the time. Trying to get my weight of 245 down to 215.

I guess I didn't word that well. I lost about 25 pounds while I did the P90x. It works great, but very difficult. Since then I've ate bad food and lots of soda, and got a promotion into an office where I sit all day. So, now I'm working out to lose the extra pounds and see my abs again. Now you have me interested in looking into HGH.

I used to take HGH in high school...very expensive as it was costing me around $30K every single month and how fast did you lose 25 pounds with P90X ?

Ok, how rich are you that you could afford that in high school, much less now?! lol!
The first 30 days of P90X I think I dropped about 15 lbs., then about 5 the next month, then another 5-8 the last 30 days. I am a true believer in this program. I would like to try Body Beast next, as I like weight training better then Yoga or Plyo.

I better get on that lol...and the HGH had to be specially prescribed by an endocrinologist otherwise it's not exactly "legal" and insurance doesn't cover it.
