Well Snoke was kind of like an ATT&T tower. He was rich, so maybe he was paying for it on his dime. But then Luke destroyed the line and then Kylo destroyed Snoke, so no more Forceskyping. They will have to find another tower.

M;ost massive is chase of the ships which is absolutely unrealistic.

Ships dont use fuel in space, and FO chased them for no logical reason when they could have made ambush any way alongside the path, just jummp over the resistance fleet and make blockade.
And let me remind you, it is the backbone of the film, that chase, almost entire film.

I just absolutely don't understand that people can just defend this parody of story telling.

Plot holes and inconsistencies are the same things for me.

Ok Ok, I agree with most of what you said but "ships don't use fuel in space" is completely ridiculous, they do in both star wars and real life.

 

Don't know if this has been mentioned but Finn says the Raddus as 18 hours of fuel left but we clearly see Rey go through multiple days on Ach-To.

And are we really going to accuse TLJ of having unrealistic scenes - have you seen every other Star Wars movie?

Just going from the description in your first post, people have given plenty of legitimate examples of plot holes, just because you don't consider them to be holes does not mean that they don't represent an inconsistency to someone else. If it requires a 3rd party in an internet forum to explain that the bombs you see dropping in the opening segment of the film are fitted with miniature thrusters, magnets and are being pushed on rails to provide initial motion then that is a plot hole and a failure on the part of the film. Just because you deny it on an internet forum does not magically excuse the film for causing a suspension of disbelief.

Now, if you disagree with someone, that's fine. Express it. But don't completely ignore the legitimate comments and pretend the holes don't exist and that their comments are worthless. They're not. They have every right to express their opinion as you. No one is calling you wrong for enjoying a movie, stop calling people wrong for considering something an inconsistency within the context of the film.

I'm looking high and low, far and wide. But I can't find a real plot hole. Only people posting vague reasons why they hated something in the movie. Not the same thing I'm afraid.
