SPECULATION Which characters will be on OFFICIAL TFA poster?

    If you had to pick 10 characters to be on the OFFICIAL TFA Theatrical Poster, who would they be??
    I choose from OT: Han, Leia, Chewy, R2, 3PO
    and from TFA: Kylo, Phasma, Rey,Finn, and BB-8.

    ...so No Snoke, Luke, or Poe.

    I'd put Poe on there too, for sure. If pushed, I'd say that maybe Threepio and R2 aren't on it. It's hard to tell, but their presence in the movie doesn't seem very large.

    The more logical approach would be - who isn't going to make the poster.

    It's a given the new big three will be on it. Rey, Finn, and Poe are the center pieces of the new trilogy.

    I'd also say it's a lock Kylo, Phasma, and BB-8 will make it too.

    The wild cards are the original cast. Could be a crowded poster.

    Too many important characteres to be in one poster only. I would prefer something like the ROTJ poster or a landscape for the definitve art.

    Rey, FInn, and Kylo should be the largest. Then Poe, and Phasma and Hux. Then I would say Snoke, Maz, Luke and Han. No droids and no chewie.

    I think Rey and Finn will probably be centered, with Poe off to the side; possibly with his helmet on. R2 and 3PO at the bottom corner with BB8 in the opposite corner. Han and Chewie just below Rey with the Falcon flying underneath them. This would create a balance with Poe who's X-wing is underneath him on the opposite side. At the top hovering above them all is Kylo Ren like Darth Maul in TPM poster.

    That description sounds VERY plausible, would not be surprised if we get something close to this...excellent !!! If it's just one villain on the poster, then Kylo is it. I still think Phasma can be squeezed in there. Again, great description !!

    See that! I remember seeing this poster with my mother at a movie theater. When she saw it she was like oooh boy. Ohhhh boy. She was serious! But one thing no one gave a blast about was the color of the blade blue/green, green/blue. True it's different this time around as the saber is a plot point. However I will say that if indeed that IS meant to be Luke's saber in the new poster then it's off in my opinion but hey, what to do, that's life. Everything isn't perfect. It's important not to loose the main focus which is too have fun and enjoy it! To get lost in it!
