JW won't live forever. And we don't know if he will return for future Episodes. If he doesn't, who will they replace him with? I'm thinking another big name, like Danny Elfman or Hans Zimmer. Any Ideas?

    Please keep coming back, John!

He's not officially confirme for Ep. VIII and IX?

I like Zimmer, he did a great job with the Batman movies. How about Howard Shore?

I can only see one name directly replacing John Williams in the Star Wars franchise: Michael Giacchino.
I am however, curious to see what composers like Alexander Desplat will do with the Anthology movies, like Rogue One.

I'd mostly assume Michael Giachino since he has a great relationship with JJ Abrams, and JJ has set the stage for The ST.

When John Williams wasn't available for Bridge of Spies, who did Spielberg turn to?

    (answer: Thomas Newman).

Yes, Giachino did a good job with adapting JW's work for Jurassic World and has the JJ connection.

I didn't know that MG did anything with JW, but he did do a great job.
