Filoni says Ahsoka is not a Jedi. So that's one way he can get around it. Define character x as not a Jedi or no longer a Jedi.

As popular as Ahsoka is, I would not doubt it one bit if we soon hear about a spinoff film featuring her and her adventures as a vigilante force-wielding superhero.

She could be the Batman or Spider-Man of the SW universe!

I can't wrap my head around this. How could she not continue her training after Order 66? We know she's in contact with Bail at some point post RotS. We know Bail is aware of Obi Wan and Yoda's survival. You'd think that all three Jedi being alive would come up in conversation at some point, right? It seems kind of important, or at the very least, polite to inform everyone that their friends weren't murdered. It's possible they approached her to continue her training and she declined, but...c'mon. Really? Everyone she grew up with has been betrayed, hunted down, and murdered by her former master. There's only two known survivors. Don't you think, despite her doubts and disillusionment with the Jedi Order, that she might feel a teeny bit obligated to do something about the current situation? If not morally then at least emotionally? Hell, the Ahsoka I've watched for years would most likely blame herself for Anakin's fall, at least partaily.

I think you're right. But I also think like Kanan, she declines to identity herself as a Jedi.

I think I posted this elsewhere, but I think an amazing spinoff movie would be post RotS Obi Wan, Ahsoka, maybe Vos or some other surviving Jedi, going on a kickass adventure as a team of badass superheroes. Sort of like The Avengers, but Star Wars. And what an opportunity to buck some of the superhero movie tropes, while still sort of playing in that milieu. But again, with the Force and lightsabers instead of ironman suits and indestructible shields.

An Ahsoka-centric spinoff film would be great. She's already super popular with the hardcore fans. With the right touch, she could be a strong female warrior hero with an indisputable moral compass and a snappy wit. There's so much Star Wars/Disney/Marvel cross-pollonation right now, what about someone like Jane Espensen writing? I'd take my daughters to that!

I just mean continue training under Obi Wan or Yoda in secret( or just welcome her back to the Order, she was already granted the level of Jedi), and continue from there. Bail already knows she was Jedi and from the finale of Rebels it looked like he was in on her identity as Fulcrum. She wouldn't have to out herself to the galaxy.

***edit- Or are you saying she just may not want to be Jedi?

I think he would definitely have finished the "Trilogy of Trilogies" himself before he sold it off.

@Darby and @Chairman Kaga you have just laid the ground work for what would be an awesome novel/movie explaining all the things you talked about. You know Yoda said that they would go into hiding "until the time is right."

**Possible Spoiler Alert** **Possible Spoiler Alert**

With Ahsoka, Kanan and Ezra all being brought together after they're big victory. And other Rebel cells across the galaxy, if I was Bail, I would almost think the time was right.... It will be interesting to read about the events (or see, depending on how we're told) that lead up to this. The reasons given explaining Ahsoka"s back ground through all this. Order 66, how she dealt with the aftermath. Her emotions. You have raised some very good questions. \m/

I can think of a few reasons Bail doesn't reach out to Yoda and Obi-wan. The most likely being that Yoda told him they would contact him once the time was right. Bail trusts the Jedi implicitly and I think he would want to keep Obi-wan and Yoda's locations secret and trust their judgement. As far as we know the only reason Leia reached out to Obi-wan was she was under attack and she knew he was someone she could trust with the plans and was near by. Bail also knows that Ashoka left the order and while he would accept Ashoka's help and skills, that doesn't mean he is going to put all his Jedi eggs in her basket. I wouldn't considering Jedi/force users are being hunted down by the Empire's Inquisitors and Vader and they have free reign to destroy them. The Empire may suspect Bail, at this time they wouldn't move against him. They covered up their attack on Leia's ship and Vader makes it seem as though she had been hiding her activities in plain sight using the cover of "Mercy missions". That was only after the plans for the Death Star were stolen and it was operational that they were bold enough to go after Leia, even then they covered up their actions.

I think part of the reason she went for Obi-wan is because the Rebels lost Ahsoka. If they needed a force user they have Kanan/Ezra/Ahsoka I think if anything Leia needing to find the long lost Obi-wan supports my speculation, he is her only hope now

I think it has more to do with the fact that she knew she was captured, they were over Tatooine and she knew he was on that planet so he was the only hope of getting the plans to the rebel leaders.

Unless one of them turns to join vader? And not even the emperor knows?? I was thinking there is a slight resemblance between Ezra and Adam driver.

    And join the avengers!
