OFFICIAL NEWS TEASER COMING 11/28/14 (BLACK FRIDAY) to Select Theaters

Whoever tweeted that about the documentary is clearly someone involved with it or knows the actress. I wouldn't take that too seriously lol.

I hope to see the trailer multiple times in the theater over the next couple of months. I'm a movie junkie when all the Oscar contenders come out. Love anything and everything (including documentaries which is how I knew about The Actress). Can't wait.

 

I wouldn't be shocked if they dropped in on Thursday casually and was like "Oh by the way, its being shown in front of every movie this weekend, in case you want to see it again."

I will say this, I WOULD love if the teaser was 90 seconds. I doubt it, but that would be awesome.

In the end, I feel like we will get it next week, Not based on anything that was brought up today.. I just have a feeling.

Trailer placement contracts are negotiated weeks in advance and WB et all will riot if their carefully negotiated trailers are shifted to make room for this. Also, 100 theatres? My company has over 500 locations just by itself and there are nearly 6000 sites within the industry, there's no way Disney would make a play like this and have anyone go along.

However, at least some NATO members have seen the teaser and it is expected to release soon. Word was that it was going to be on The Hobbit and it likely will be, but that it won't be the premiere. Current rumors suggest it will be televised, perhaps as early as next week."
I'm assuming he works for Regal entertainment since they're the only theater chain that I could find with over 500 locations (574)

I'm inclined to partly believe you are correct. I'm starting to suspect that Disney/LFL will drop the teaser during the football games throughout Thursday because they simply dominate broadcasting for that day -- millions of viewers. In fact this would associate Star Wars with holiday and plant it squarely in the mind's of Americans. Then later after the games I think it will go online via SW.com. Just a hunch though.

Always love a Krull reference. Did you know Liam Neeson was in that movie.
Chewie is the one I thought they would not kill off since they killed him off in the EU.

I'm not sure what to make of these posts. I am not going to discredit them because they may be honest and truthful. However, there is an air of arrogance to them which takes away some of the credibility. I guess time will tell and when the movie is out we will see if these posts are the truth or just major trolling

 

Chewie dies in the Falcon, crashing it into the megaweapon to save Han and his kid. For reference, see Idris Elba at the end of Prometheus.

If Chewie dies or is injured, I think it will be one of two ways.
1) Encounter with THE BAT.
OR

Looks pretty good if it IS a fake. I will say that I don't think that specific shot would be that long though.

 

Wow, that looks really good. It's much like I've been imagining since reading the rumor
that the teaser will feature the Falcon coming right at the camera with guns blazing.

Also, this Falcon has the new rectangular antenna dish.

And, those blue bands of light near the top of the screen look an awful lot like J. J. Abrams
signature lens flares.
