The name of the 3rd order would be Kylo.

It goes with @Bluestreaking's idea of Kylo Ren being a title, but rather Kylo is the title and Ren is his actual name as an individual.

So we have Jedi (Light), Sith (Dark), Kylo (Gray).

I think the ST will take a more simplistic approach like the OT. It might be slightly more complicated but I tend to agree with you here. I think Kylo is just a fallen Jedi and that's it. I don't think we see his fall though it just wont be necessary.

I understand that it would be a title in the theory, I just don't buy it. I think Kylo Ren is simply his name. I don't think that there are any gray Jedi.

I think that it makes more sense that Driver starts the film as a Jedi/pilot and turns to the dark side.

My thing is, The Jedi/Sith have been around for 1000+ years. Can Kylo have a little hit squad in the movie that wreaks havoc on people? Sure, but I think creating a new Force Order and have it exist for roughly 20-30 years before it is just abolished to join the newly reestablished Sith seems highly unlikely. It seems very EU to me. I think it could have some place in a "legends" scenario but not in canon. If the order existed before the OT that seems even more outlandish to me.

In my idea it has existed since before the OT

    And outlandish in what manner?

The existing entire 6 movies are about the struggle between Jedi and Sith religions. The OT's main focus was that Luke and possibly Leia if need be were the last chance at destroying the Sith and balancing the force. This info was coming from two of the strongest remaining force users in existence. A secret other order makes Yoda and Obi-wan look like they weren't quite in touch with the force the way they were portrayed. Also, wouldn't the Emperor or Vader be able to sense them and seek them out? The EU was the only time anything like Dark Jedi were mentioned and Disney put the axe on all that when they purchased Lucasfilm. That makes me think they want to not only create their own mold but also extinguish any of the idea's used in the EU.

I like third order theory, the seven could fit the bill. Kylo seems way too evil in TFA to be gray, blatantly a Sith.

My thinking is that Ren starts as a Kylo but turns Sith.

I'm not saying The Seven aren't a group of guys with lightsabers or aren't led by Kylo Ren. I'm just saying they aren't a new Order.
I hate to make a reference to these jackasses but in a real world sense it's like Al Qaeda. They are a terrorist group in the vein of a militant force but they aren't a military..

Think it's more likely The Seven are a group of Bounty Hunters hired by the Empire to find what they want because they no longer have force user leadership.

Possibly, so in present time he's Sith, in the flashbacks (At the academy) he's on the fence..

Again these guys ARE villains, Grey Jedi or Dark Jedi are EU things and not even in the same ballpark as what we have here. Their desire to "balance" the force meant that when they Jedi were stronger then the Sith they did what they could to help the Sith weaken the Jedi.

The Jedi were blind to even the existence of the Sith or of Palpatine's position as one until it was too late, I don't think it's too much of a stretch to assume they didn't know about these guys either. As for Palpatine knowing they existed, they weren't a threat to him so he wouldn't have cared one way or another if they went about collecting artifacts. Palpatine didn't know Yoda was still alive so even he wasn't infallible.

I feel like too much time would be invested in explaining this with all of these new characters and what the OT characters are up to now going on.
I see The seven being a group of Bounty Hunters that just appear in the force vision and that's it more likely then having a new Order that doesn't even make it to VIII.

I could see the "Third Order" be more of a group of fanatics that see any force adepts being dangerous if they're not following some path they have determined long ago. Or perhaps they are force adepts that use an entirely different philosophy. More Zen and maybe more mercenary, they understand to have light you must have dark... to be truly one with the force, you MUST use both and be in full control. Shaolin force users!

In my theory, they believe that balance comes from the Sith and Jedi being equal in power

They may believe that too.. but they might also believe that they can be balanced in the use of the force itself. Dark side users unable to control their drift fully into the dark side. The light side users unwilling or unable to use the Dark side because they lack confidence or balance. It's a possible perspective.

So Ren (Driver) could be playing both roles as a Rebel pilot the son of Solo and secretly he is also Kylo. Maybe Rey and the family don't find out Kyle Ren is who he is. He's like the really bad kid of the family.
