Just a little bit.

Rey will lose a limb in her fight with Kylo.

Yes.

It will end with peace and justice being restored to the galaxy of course. They Skywalker saga will be capped off.

They are the ones responsible for resurrecting Palpatine.

The new resistance/rebellion has grown to be a major threat to the FO. Luke facing down the FO on Crait had a big impact.

I don't think there is much more to learn.

Poe and Rey. Finn and Rose. Chewie and Maz.

Something to do with what he learned from Plageuis. Maybe horcruxes or something like that.

No. But he will definitely betray Kylo.

Possibly. Maybe for part of the movie and turn back to the light by the end. But I can't think of what could possibly make her go dark.

1. Is Jannah related to Lando or Finn, or no one?
Only if JJ feels that Finn's backstory needs elaborating (in which case she will possibly be related to him). I would prefer it if she was not.

2. Will they go to a planet from Rogue One?
Unlikely. I am still holding out hope for Yavin 4, though. (Although, everything is possible in visions and suchlike...)

3. Will Kylo be redeemed, die or live?
Redeemed and die. The mighty Skywalker blood will die out.

4. Do they explain any further about Snoke?
Not much. Possibly a little bit in relation to any Palpatine exposition/monologue.

5. Will any one lose a limb?
Yes. A KoR for sure, and probably others too.

D1-O (is that how his name is spelled?)

7. Who will say "May the Force be with you?"
Leia (she didn't get to in TLJ) and/or Luke.

Quite likely.

Possibly... But I would prefer it if she was not.

Truely end, but inspire new things down the line (i.e. Rian Johnsen's trilogy).

Palpatine will be defeated once and for all, and the FO & Sith forces with him.

The Skywalker bloodline will have ended (i.e. Kylo dies and Leia, if she survives, is likely too old for more babies), but the name inspires greater wisdom and compassion in the galaxy. "Skywalker" will transcend the bloodline and "rise" to become a symbol for good (and possibly also as a name taken by a new order of post-Jedi).

If Leia survives, future timeline Star Wars will paint her as a great rebuilder and stateswoman).

Hux has set up whatever plot he shall attempt towards Kylo/securing power of the FO. (Kept secret until the film is ready to spring the twist).

An envoy/scout/spy/expedition has returned from The Beyond with interesting news... (probably the KoR... Will be mentioned in the crawl OR shown as an early scene).

21. Will we learn anymore about Kylo's past?
Not much, I think. Possibly a little bit in relation to KoR & Snoke exposition, and/or warning from Leia to Rey.

22. Will there be a romance? Who?
I doubt there's time... Nothing beyond casual snuggles and meaningful looks, for sure. Poe & Zorri will have an ex-lovers quarrel, Rey & Ben has the connection but aren't "dating", Finn & Rose (unfortunatelly) only has time for Resistance stuff (although I would love an end scene wedding!).

23. How will Palpatine actually return?
Difficult to say. My guess is possession, possibly of a clone (Dark Empire style).

24. Will Hux change sides?
Quite possibly. (I struggle to see another meaningful path for his arc, unless Kylo just kills him off, which I don't think will happen).

25. Does Rey really go dark?
No. It's a vision of what might happen if she doesn't do the right thing.

There is a lot of wishful thinking on this thread. I’m surprised at the number of people saying Kylo will live. Kylo dying (or at least not being in physical form) at the end of the movie is probably one of the safest bets you can make about this movie. Can it happen? Sure. However, it is much more likely that he dies.

 

I know that none of us know whether he lives or dies. I am just surprised at how many people are speculating that he is going to live.

Yes, but maybe not a lot. It depends if Snoke was Palpatine/Plagueis or a completely new (to us) character. I think if he was a separate character then he’s gone and it’s over. Maybe a few mentions. If he was Palpatine/Plagueis, it could have more bearing on the plot of TRoS, so might get some more explanation, maybe even flashbacks.

I hope in a corrupt spiritual manner, he survived poltergeist like, then by possessing host bodies. Not as a Force Ghost, that’s not for him. I just hope it’s not a cop-out like a recording or just one of his sentinel droids with his face on... (though I’d love those in the movie as well as Palpatine proper).

Possibly, but that may not go how you think.

No. Maybe she gets possessed, maybe “there is another” (clone/twin/etc) maybe it’s just a vision/dream/alternate reality, maybe when she has a ROTJ-Luke momentary ‘wobble’, but I don’t think she doing a ROTS-Anakin or anything like that. Even if she does I don’t think she ends the movie bad.

 

I speculate that he lives simply for the sake of being different from ROTJ. And I like the idea of somebody being redeemed through living rather than dying. Ben is still young and would have an entire lifetime to pay penance.

 

I agree. Also, if they had another shot of Force ghosts at the end, it could start getting a little crowded up there.

If this is truly the end of the Skywalker saga I can’t see how Kylo/Ben lives unless they are truly not going to have any future movies without any of these characters

 

Part of Kylo’s penance will be to become a eunuch. Castration via lightsaber. No more Skywalkers.

It is my understanding that the main cast of the ST will be done after this movie. Future Star Wars movies will be a about completely different characters in different time periods.
The SW galaxy is a big place with a lot more people and places to explore. The Skywalker story had run its course. It arguably already ran its course with ROTS bringing everything full circle.

Personally I wish SW could be left alone for several years. Let it be special. It doesn’t need to be like the MCU.

Finishing passing the torch to the next generation. She’ll also continue to groom Poe to one day take her place as a leader.

They come together in the new Lego Millennium Falcon set that’s based off of this movie so I’m gonna say they’ll be hanging out together.

The events of Galaxy’s Edge, Resistance Season 2, and the new books coming out as part of the Journey to The Rise of Skywalker line.

I’d imagine the Resistance is rebuilding to be stronger than in the previous movies (possibly uniting with what’s left of the New Republic’s forces) and Kylo Ren is successfully leading the First Order as they take control of the galaxy.

Sure.

Finn and Rose will have a thing, but not too overt of a relationship. Poe and Zorri might have a flirty thing going on but I don’t know if it’ll go anywhere. MAYBE Rey and Kylo but I doubt that they’d actually explore that on the big screen.

Preferably as a spirit, but maybe through some Darth Plagueus/Sith mumbo jumbo, he’ll miraculously still be alive.

From watching the way he spoke at Starkiller Base’s firing and reading his Age of Resistance issue, no way he’d do that. He’ll probably be working against Kylo Ren to try to take his place however.
