Anakin and Luke together?

    I would love to see Luke meet a none force sensitive clone of a young Anakin Skywalker. I would just love to see Mark and Hayden together. The story would be Snoke or someone has continued to attempt to make clones of Anakin but of course continues to fail to make a clone with the force.

    Maybe they find him and release him from the Jakku research facility after assuring he is not force sensitive. Perhaps he even assists Luke and Rey escape or something.

    Would be a short role but why not? Luke and Leia could finally see what their father was like even if just a clone. Take it a step further, he may actually be a researcher at the facility and able to help Luke with knowledge or artifacts or something.

    Hayden would just be another character, not Vader in any way other than being a docile clone, a totally good person or even a victim of the Sith or FO.

    I am not fond of force ghosts though not completely opposed to them. Not a fan of the hologram glow ghost things.

    Well, I have to say, I really can't imagine such a thing taking place. It seems to me that there would be fan backlash bringing Hayden back at all, even in an obvious way (like having him be a ghost). If Hayden were to come back just to be some random Anakin clone, I feel like the fans would riot. :D I didn't hate Hayden's portrayal, and I actually think bringing him in as a Force ghost could be compelling if done well. But I don't think Disney and Lucasfilm would risk a plot line like your original post suggests.

    How would they have even cloned him if he was incinerated by Luke? why would Palpatine even have his DNA lying around if he is known for keeping on finding replacements
    ?

    From Bloodline so far we know the Emperor never had any biological sample of either Anakin nor Darth Vader to prevent his apprentice to be cloned.

    So they're going to take a break from the story, waste all that screen time that needs to go to developing story to instead bring in a random guy who's a clone of their dad so they can hang out. And the cherry on top...it's a character everyone hates. Not a snowball's chance

    Palps may have wanted to clone him in his Jakku research facility. Vader was damaged goods. Palps would have killed for a completely healthy Anakin.

    yeh I agree force ghosts are problematic, like it was nice to see Anakin at the end of Return of the Jedi, but Yoda says in the prequels master "somename" had discovered how to do come back as force ghosts.
    so no one then really answers the question, how did Anakin tie in to that?
    Just because he partially redeemed himself later doesn't mean he would have been inducted in to the Jedi knowledge of how to come back, nor was Luke aware how to do it, unless it was some off screen teaching Yoda passed on, and a kind of last right Luke performed on Vader.

    I think there is a good chance that Anakin could come back as a force ghost, because what's the point of having him as a force ghost if not to bring him back? Though I could see them pulling a Tarkin by having Hayden (or anybody really) there on set, then they digitally add Sebastian Shaw's face on him and have Hayden, or maybe even Matt Lanter, voice him. Similar to Leia and Tarkin in Rogue One.

    I have a problem with this as well. It was really made evident after seeing what Yoda had to go through to learn the secret of immortality in Clone Wars Season 6. After watching that I immediately said to myself, "So why the hell is Anakin a force ghost?" The only thing I've been able to come up with is that it has something to do with him being the Chosen One but that doesn't sit well with me. Perhaps the answer is forthcoming.

    No Hayden Force Ghost as unfortunately it divided the fanbase. Yoda force ghost should be the only one used in this Trilogy.
