I think that's Phasma.

 

I thought it was Phasma when I first saw it as well.

 

I was fully prepared to call bantha poodoo on that being Phasma but now I think it totally is. I think it's awesome that we get to see her transition from uniform to armor and vice-versa. Super cool.

 

I imagine if anyone has given BB-8 a nickname, it would be Poe Dameron. Probably just shortened "beebee" or "bee."

I always thought it funny that we needed shortened nicknames for droids with only four numbers/letters/digits to their full name. I mean, how lazy do we need to be-be-8?

Poor BB8... gonna be rolling out of control all over the Falcon. How the hell is that droid supposed to "hold on," as Rey says? It's a damn sphere, what is it supposed to hold on with? (Must be frustrating to be a droid and have to put up with all the BS of living creatures...)

Don't little flaps open out on him and act as stabilizers when he is "standing" still? I saw that in an image somewhere.... can't remember where, though.

 

Who knows... but no question such a contraption didn't help when BB8 got blasted out of the sand and went for a little flight from the TIE blasts. Droid Life Be HARD.

 

It could be Hux on a re-shoot but forgot his side burns and styled his hair wrong.

Phasma is stationed on the StarDestroyer.

Hux is stationed on the Starkiller Base.

Kylo is a roaming beast.

I think that it works better with the fan theories that Han hasn't necessarily lost the Falcon, only that he knows someone is on board who shouldn't be on it.

"We've got company" is Poe's throwback line to Han in Star Wars.

I love the footage but I'm fairly sure someone could cut the the entire jakku escape (and the crash before it) into one long sequence

It's Hux.
Remember, we're seeing a picture of a picture, which degrades contrast. As a result, we can't see his sideburns, because that area of the frame appears too bright (exactly the same as if it was over-exposed. Seeing light hair against bright skin? No chance.)
And the part "on the other side" is because this image is flopped (reversed) relative to others we've seen.

(Besides, there has been no image released showing Phasma with a part on that side. Is her hair even parted at all?)

 

We have seen Hux on a Star Destroyer though... MSW leaked a still with Hux and Phasma on the bridge of a Star destroyer looking at some hologram display of a certain dark skinned stormtrooper.
