I haven't read them all, but I really enjoyed the first Vader run.

Other than that, I'm a pretty big fan of Aphra- it's weird, but I think that's kind of the point when it comes to comics. We don't need to see stuff that would've likely made it to screen anyway.

 

Any of the Darth Vader or Darth Maul stuff really. The main Star Wars run is pretty hit or miss. I loved the first three arcs, as well as the Vader Down crossover, but I didn’t really care for most of the stuff that came after that until recently. The “Hope Dies” arc and most of the stuff that has come since has been a return to form in my opinion. The “Age of” comics have some pretty good stories and some pretty forgettable ones, so you can kinda pick and choose there. The Poe Dameron series was great and fills in some gaps of the ST.

 

With the whole Darth Maul thing (I have only read Darth Maul), the first thing I thought was did Go Nagai write this? Seriously, the inner dialogue is just his style.
