    I assume that Gwendoline will be playing some kind of a baddie.The question is what kind since we do not know much about it.In my view she does not have to have any relation with Kylo Ren.I would love the idea of a new approach by the Sith,them not being tied up that much with the Empire.A scenario where the "new" Sith view Vader as a traitor and above all a failure.Who is to say that the figure holding vaders helmet does not look upon it with sarcastic contempt?
    I would love to see the empire having one or two Sith inquisitors,trying to uphold their former masters agenda (out of better reasoning)and some new Sith on the block who is doing their own thing.So we would have jedis,sith and those who think they serve the Sith.But maybe this storyline would be complicated.Anyways a man is allowed to dream:D

    It could be an attempt to bring kaiburr crystals more into the mainstream... that way when seen in the movie, fans would have a better understanding of them. They do amplify Force sensativity... and Luke is supposed to become very powerful...

    I can see Ezras lightsaber design as a form of conditioning.Preparing us for the fact that lightsabers these days may look different then we have been used to see them.

    Kiber / Kaiburr / Kyber crystal (the latter is the canonical spelling as far as I can tell now) concept has been around for a long, long time.

    Of course it has... and, as mentioned, it was pivital to SotME... it has always been canonical, that I don't think was the issue. The question was, is the appearance and focus in Rebels a way of bringing it (and not midichlorinebleech) to the attention of the public as a Force enhancement

    Lets see First pic is Luke in Cloud City post Yoda training... So he's pretty established as a Force User... And the second is in RotJ wherehe has already announced himself as a Jedi Knight to Jabba and all his minions. I'd say thats pretty darn established...

    Ok now wait just a damn minute here... I have not seen the comic, but I cannot deny that the character in the comic snippet is the same one as the Force for Change vid... notably and obviously so... the angle of the face, all of it... is it just the artist paying homage, or is it something?

    So... if it is not random... if that was done for a purpose... then whatever planet they were on at that point in the comic is... voila.. the desert planet in the movie...

    So... what exactly is going on in the comic right there?
