    Then why post this as the official image they had already announced the release date without a image.
    There was no need to announce this as a official image if they are just going to change it for when the book is released. For me it's a slam dunk that this will be the book cover.

    I was just thinking from a marketing POV, you'd want the book to match the theatrical poster and the DVD/Blu-ray/digital download cover art instead of a completely different design.

    Agreed.

    And forget how cool it is for a second: it's still the year of the 40th Anniversary. Having a great poster like this make a great callback to the original is an extremely smart unification of the franchise, imo.

    It appears to be the case, which of course would be extremely exciting.

    Though, could just be
