How Dangerous the Combine really are

The combine are super dangerous. During the Half life games the combine are seen as just normal generic bad guys, but in reality, they are much more dangerous then they seem. Let's look at them in military perspective. It's really weird to think of how many species they've assimilated. Earth's military wasn't prepared for the war with the combine, and since that, they were beat in 7 whole hours. The combine put a suppression field around Earth that prevents them from...mating (but soon later in episode 1 it is revealed that it was destroyed). After that, the combine turn the enslaved humans into combine overwatch soldiers and combine elites. It is also said that the combine spread across multiple dimensions and universes.

The combine have an overworld, but its never described where it is, and very little is known about it other than its either the main combine world or just another combine conquered planet.

It would be a long lasting war, but I'm pretty sure the combine would come on top considering they conquered whole galaxies.
