SPECULATION How did Snoke know Ben had Skywalker Blood?

Vader's choke could have done irreparable damage, that way, Amidala isn't seen as a quitter.
Leia should have been born first and held close to Padme as she died giving birth to her brother. Or something.

 

Getting back to the original topic... I think it's pretty obvious just who actually spilled the beans to Snoke.

I reckon George Lucas himself mentioned on an interview that he had some difficulty trying to fit that into the prequels. I guess she has memories due to her Force sensitiveness - that would not work that way for Luke.

Luke: What do you remember?
Leia: Just images, feelings.

 

Well they did meet each other's eyes for s brief moment in ROTS and I think that it was more of a "feeling" than anything due to his force sensitivity ...

 

Thirty years to get that blue screen scene right and some crappy-cgi bot tells me that Luke Skywalker's mom lost the will to live.

 

Acting in the prequel trilogy will do that to you .

It's amazing Portman somehow recovered. Others... were not so lucky...

 

Ewan recovered.

Hayden didn't so much as not be lucky but he pretty much quit Hollywood after ROTS and bought a farm and layer low for some time and is only NOW a getting sick into it .

That is some fabulous insight... Han & Leia kept talking about Snoke as if they knew him... so I'm guessing Snoke was a public figure of some sort that interacted with Luke, Han, Leia, young Kylo & perhaps even Rey. Orrrrr maybe even a relative?

At first I was thinking perhaps Snoke might have been an elderly student of Luke's (sort of like how Von Sydow was a follower) but then why would Kylo be the one to turn & not Snoke? I do think Snoke wasn't always a *bad* guy, or at least pretending not to be.

It wasn't a secret that Vader was Anakin.

 

Leia didn't know she was a Skywalker, Luke was a crappy planet but on Coruscant and in the senate, I suppose people knew about Anakin. The ep IV protagonists were young or not concerned.
