SPECULATION Is Luke trapped on Ahch-To and calling to Rey?

It is pretty funny though, you're right. I'm not offended. Reading what I typed again it does sound kinda pissy. Sorry for that.

I was playing off a hunch, and it certainly doesn't have any evidence to back it up. I tend to do a lot of "what if'n'" when I think about Star Wars and it gets typed pretty much as I think of it.

Not to derail, but what's the consensus on who dropped Rey on Jakku?

Good points. I am betting her memories aren't as clear as she thinks; at 4 years old she may only have vague general recollections of how things went down.

But she must have had some early training (a la what we see in AOTC with Yoda training a bunch of kids about the age she was in that short clip) in order to know her way around a lightsaber.

I also don't think it was Kylo himself on that ship flying away from her. I don't think he had the guts to do all the dirty work at age 15, rather he was manipulating others to do most of it for him, like the other Knights of Ren.

I'm probably wrong about all this anyways, though.

My thought is that when Ren says in the novelization "it is you" that he was referring to the awakening in the force and realizing it was Rey awakening rather than indicating that he actually knew Rey personally.

 

Kylo flips out that a girl helped Finn escape with the droid. Why does that detail make Ren have the tantrum.

The conversation about the Awakening they felt was prior to Rey doing anything other than piloting the Falcon. Which I guess it could be but that makes the conversation she has with Finn just as much evidence of Finn being Force Sensitive as it does Rey.

Later he is faced with the fact that she has the Force when she blocks his mind intrusion.

I could be mis-remembering he says "it is you." when she pulls the sabre to her. A line that would make much more sense in the interrogation if it was connected to the Awakening. But in the duel he is not just facing someone who is growing in the force but recognizes her.

 

Pablo pretty much said the same thing. Although I think there are enough other clues to infer that kylo knew rey.

 

I believe thers a chance that kylo could know who rey Is

This is my idea, in Rey´s vision after seeing the bespins corridor, she saw a guy who i think its a knight of ren trying to kill her, in that moment a young and confused Kylo who had a special feelings for his baby cousin kill this guy with his light saiber, then in fear to snoke´s anger he eraised his cousin kid memory and drop her in Jakku, at the same time insert in her memory the idea that her family some day where going back to get her home, after this and believing Rey was dead, luke kills in anger the rest of the knights of Ren and decide to go on exile for guidance before to confront Kylo and falling to the darkside by killing his own sister son.

 

I THINK that Kylo doesn't recognize Rey until he feels her force signature and she recognizes him and feels HIS Fs .
