SPECULATION KoR scene in Rey's Force Back and its impact on VIII?

No, I mean it literally said in the original leaks that her parents were in the clan. This would've been after they left her on Jakku.
So I originally read that scene as Rey seeing from one of her parents' perspective...

 

The simple explanation for that would be that Kylo discovers where Ach-to is considering that was his the main goal he was trying to reach in TFA

 

I have a growing speculation Darth Vader's helmet granted Kylo visions of the past, similar to Anakin's lightsaber. Perhaps it painted a one sided... Dark Sided view of events. It would explain why he speaks to it as though it had the ability to do something. If there is a vision in 8, I would like to think it's from Darth Vader's helmet this time.

 

I reckon the start of the film will be before Rey gets to Ahch-To and it will show Ren return to Snoke.
Ren will then go and capture Leia.
Then we will see Rey and Luke again on Ahch-To.
Then later on, Leia's capture will mean Rey and Luke have to reveal themselves (maybe they get a distress call on the Falcon?).
Then KoR will go to Ahch-To.

Or it could just be that they reuse that weird idea from TFA where the FO pick up on the Falcons signature...

I think Ren got this vision from the saber, like Rey did. Then after he loses it he seeks out other things to connect with Vader. He gets the helmet but it doesn't work. Maybe.

 

or we pick up an idea from JJ's LOST and the island itself can travel through space and time. Maybe Luke moves the island.

 

i'll pick "Ren follows Rey's Force signature" for $300, Pat.
they're connected now and she might inadvertently project since she doesn't know any better.

Yep. Kylo will kidnap Leia at the start of the movie and take her to Snoke (this is what will complete his training).
Snoke will then Force drain Leia and penetrate her mind - discovering where Luke is. He will then send Ren and his Knights to destroy Luke.

how about.. Ren kidnaps Leia. Leia gives Luke's location willingly. Last roll of the dice to save her son?? whatever the cost?

 

Interesting idea. Yeah it could be. We read a rumor about Rey wearing a green sleeve on her right arm during filming for a scene, so what if it was not Kylo who injured Rey and instead Leia to save her son?

 

Not after what happened to Han. Leia loves her son but not at the expense of the galaxy.
I don't think she would protect Ben over the fate of billions of people. Not anymore at least.
For me Leia would have to have that information dragged out of her.
Now we know from ANH that she can resist torture pretty well. We also know she is strong with the Force now.
But she hasn't had much training, if any, so Force drained or not I am guessing Snoke and even Ren could get the information they want out of her.

I doubt it. They'll likely just rip of TESB and have Vader Cosplay cut off Star Wars Hero Archetype's hand.

 

She has already risked the galaxy for her own son... she should not have told Han to try and bring their son back. she did NOT have her general hat on when she spoke to Han.

She is Ben's mother. she would risk everything.... again.
