@Corn Cream @DailyPlunge Reylo is a popular opinion of many star wars fans. If someone is a Reylo supporter it doesn't mean they're not star wars fans. Don't bash someone because they're opinion is contrary to your own. When someone is in constant denial of your POV, hit'em with a friendly or a like and move on. No need to add fuel to a fire. Defuse is the best approach in non progressive tense interaction. If the tension persists, report it.

You know Star Wars fans ...

Just take a look at what they think about the prequels ... But it's OK to hate these 3 but not the last one.

It's okay to like the Prequels, dislike the Prequels, like The Last Jedi, dislike Rogue One, and so on. It's fine. It's fine. It's fine. I'm probably the only person in the world who'd say that Burn After Reading is their favourite Coen brothers' film or one of the few who consider Hail, Ceasar! to be a really good film (Coens' films and Pixar films are the only films I like as much as Star Wars, but I don't have any "hot takes" regarding Pixar films, like I do with Coens' work,) so it's not like you and others who like PT are some kind of anomaly, even outside of fandom. And no, it's not okay to hate on anything, espeically if it's nearly twenty years after the premiere of it (except for Special Editions, but it doesn't really have to do anything with them, but with preservation of art and the fact that the original cuts in modern formats, like DVD, Blu-Ray, digital are nowhere to be found legally.)

Hate is the english term for this, I don't hate anything, I just found it was a bad movie like many other movies I saw.

I like the Coen's brothers movies though :D You know, I like good stories.

I firmly believe that the only TRUE Star Wars fans are people who love The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi and HATE every other film, and if you think otherwise then you are subhuman filth not worthy of this forum.

I wouldn't put it above RotJ but I'd say it's my favorite SW film since the OT wrapped up, though at the same time it probably made up my mind about leaving the ST out of my head canon. Though I guess Ep. IX could change that but I doubt it. I can understand the hate but while it had a lot of problems I found it quite a bit of fun. I can understand the hate particularly from TFA fans as Johnson (hilariously I thought) took a dump in JJ's mystery box and returned it to sender.
