    The poll basically gives the most talked about options as to whom seems likely to cameo in R1, especially with talks of a cameo being a part of the pick up shots now ongoing.

    Note that i say "most likely" as opposed to "most wanted." I'd most want to see cad bane in live action as a potential antagonist but it seems highly unlikely.

    I've not included Vader or tarkin because at this point their involvement is pretty much assumed.

    For my vote I'm going with the emperor. Few others make a whole lot of sense and some ( Han, I'm looking at you) don't belong at all considering when this tale is said to occur. The emperor in a brief "kill the rebels" dialogue would be pleasing fan service which also serves the plot.

    Palpatine as a cameo feels at times like a given. Where there is Vader, Palpatine isn't too far behind. Boba Fett could make a cameo and it wouldn't feel too out of place, especially if the crew is made up of bounty hunters and whatnot (he definitely isn't a part of the crew, but him showing up in a cantina when they're trying to recruit members is possible). Finally I voted for a Rebels member, because I think a cameo of either Sabine or Hera and/or Chopper is a very likely thing to happen. It'd be easy to fit in too, with Hera performing some mission for the bigger rebellion while Kanan and Ezra (assuming they're alive) are off doing some Force stuff.

    @PrincessLeiaCB3 has me wanting to see Bail Organa. Smits could totally do it and it could totally make sense if he's still politically involved somehow.

    Lol yeaaah we want Bail!!! It will make sense to have him of course since he has been part of the Rebel Alliance - as we have seen in Rebels - and if he has stepped down his Senatorial spot And now Leia is in the Senate in his place. If he helped with the planning of stealing the Death Star plans - and he is mentioned by Leia in the hologram to Kenobi - he definitely has to be there lol.

    It would also be very interesting to see how Coruscant has evolved with The Empire and The Imperial Senate if we see Bail Organa .

    I know it is a recent character but it would be cool to see Rae Sloane in here. The last we saw from her was in the last comic issue of Kanan The Last Padawan, where she was already a Vice-Admiral. It would be nice to see her around the other Imperials or something like that.

    The obvious choice would be Palpatine. I expect he'll show up at the end and say something evil'ish. I'd like to see Bail Organa but I don't see it happening,sadly.R2D2,though-that sounds possible.

    I voted for the same characters as @Use the Falchion for basically the same reasons. I would not mind R2D2 or Bail, because we know that they are involved in the Rebellion. However, I hope that they will not use Han or Chewie. He is not involved and does not want to be involved in the Rebellion at this stage. The only acceptable way to have Han in Rogue One is to have Rebels trying to recruit him in some bar and he declines the offer, like Wolverine in First Class

    There are a lot of ways they can include Leia without using the face of another actress. Maybe just a glimpse of a white hooded woman walking towards the Tantive IV with Artoo and Threepio around would make it.

    If Bail Organa is present, do you think they will cast Jimmy Smits who played the role in ROTS?

    ROTS was filmed ten years ago, in 2005. R1 is likely to occur 15/20 years after ROTS... this could match. Bail Organa and Mon Mothma were with Padme behind the creation of the alliance.
