It is definitely crap, what I mean is do the people who believe Spoilerman think this came from him - or do they not associate this with him?

Because my point is, this guy is so amateur, he has created a distressed background for this fake - to make it look like a photocopy of an actual document, right?
But A) The text on top is not also distressed in any way like a real photocopy would be, B) The text is perfectly horizontal in a way that text in a photocopy of a printout very rarely is, and C) He has left his cursor blinking away between the "t" and the "h" of "with" when he created this screenshot of his little bit of Photoshop work! The lazy swine couldn't even be bothered actually printing out his forgery and scanning the printout to make it look authentic - or at the very least he could have flattened the layers of the Photoshop image before creating a final digital version to prevent the appearance of the cursor!

Note to future fakers: Hard copy printouts of scripts used on movie productions - or any printout for that matter - don't have cursors visible in them!

Honestly, what a joke...

 

I find Spoilerman is a jerk.

 

Am I the only one to find it ironic that he says that there are false information leaks going out, but somehow his leaks are the truth?

 

Hang on, the move is "as good as" ANH? How is he supposed to tell that on the basis of a script and a few bits of footage?

You can never make objective statements like that this early into post-production, simply because at the end of the day nobody has any definitive, objective idea how good a film will turn out at this stage. You can have signs that it'll probably be good - a good script, good cast, good crew - but plenty of good scripts with legit talent behind them have turned out disappointingly due to bad directorial and/or editing decisions, story/plot issues that weren't addressed at the right time, studio interference, etc. Remember that bit in the 'The Beginning' documentary on the TPM DVD, where Lucas, McCallum and co. watch a late cut of the film not long before release? They all seemed to think they were sitting on gold, but the stony faces you see during and after the screening make it clear that they got a huge wake-up call.

The point is, anyone who makes that specific a call this early on has no idea what they're talking about, and you'd have to assume that anyone close enough to the production to know so much about it would understand the filmmaking process enough to not say that kind of thing. That more than anything else has screamed 'fake'.

 

Trust no one.

That's not who it is. Not even remotely. Their writing styles could not be more different.

 

That has my attention. He claims to have great respect, yet he's leaking the man's hard work?

Such little physchological bubbles going pop, just wave a red flag that it's probably all fake???

 

The cool think about speculations and rumor is that: It is fun, and for that was fun. Let's see next year if it is true or not, like with the teaser descriptions.
